my user manual says that there is a inner cover that can be removed from the outer cover for cleaning but this mister did not come with an inner cover what is the reason for this?Is there an inner cover?I have no other issues it works fine I like the timer function the lid is very hard to take off it would be nice to put two flanges on the bottom of the outer cover so you can use them to pull the outer cover off.
