I like the diffuser itself very much — especially the large capacity of the water reservoir. The controls on the unit are intuitive and easy to operate. The remote is much less user-friendly, which is the reason for the ‘I Like It” rating (instead of “I Love It”). I intentionally purchased a unit with a remote because my diffuser and oils are on a shelf across the room from my bed. Unfortunately, I am not sure I’ll be able to operate the diffuser with this remote.

Works well. It started making a bit of a grinding noise wen it first starts but it passes after a few minutes. Overall happy with results. I would pay more for a unit that kept the water and oils mixed. It tends to sink and be really strong and then fade so you have to add more oil. Again, overall happy.
