Arrived in good condition with packaging intact. The cord doesn’t plug in perfectly and takes a second to adjust. The remote is a nice feature. The design is sleek and allows a small portion of the LED colors to show, which I prefer. The remote needs to be used in front of the part of the diffuser that has the Light and Mist buttons and works from 0′ – 10′ away.
