I bought the diffuser to help with dry sinus. Caused by central heating. Still early days but my sleep has improved and I wake up refreshed. It also leaves the house smelling of peppermint with I love. The colours add a nice touch when the room is dark and the remote control makes easy to change them depending of mood.
