We had a bit of trouble at the beginning with one remote control that didn’t work but we reentered the battery and it seems to work now…we are very happy with the product. We found it a bit less noisy if we put it on a folded cloth … as we could hear a hum but I like the fact that we can use the remote when we are in bed.
