I have not tried it with oil because I have not received the oils I ordered, but I tried with just water to make sure it works and the mist started immediately and the colors are lovely. I can’t wait to get my oils and try it. I’m very please with this product. I wish I received the oils when I received the diffuser to be able to see the full capacity of my diffuser.
