I like the functionality of the product especially being able to use with the remote control but there are no clear instructions on how to use the timer button on the diffuser or the remote. I like to use the diffuser when I go to bed to help me relax, so I want to set the timer for an hour but I haven’t been able to do that. It just runs until it’s dry, then shuts off.
That’s my biggest complaint. I had other complaints but figured them out by looking at the remote and by trial and error.
Instructions could be more Unser friendly!
